We love Manning’s and have gone here for years. We spend every summer weekend getting ice cream from our local Manning’s. Today was the worst experience for service. We arrived at Manning’s Clark’s summit at 8:40PM. There were 20 minutes till closing and the girl behind the counter was fed up with people walking in the store. We understand it is close to the time of closing. However, she ripped of the tops of the ice cream containers and flung them across the room, sighed numerous times as we ordered our ice cream. We asked for ice cream in cups with lids, however, no lids were given as she was visibly was angry with our simple request. This isn’t the first time we have had poor service due...
It seems this place doesn't want to deal with taxes, which is why they don't accept credit cards. Why would anyone want to support a business like that? I contribute my fair share in taxes—likely more than I should because of places like this. Additionally, the chocolate peanut butter flavor has barely any peanut butter in it. The ice cream is just mediocre, but it’s the only option nearby. For those who rave about it, I suggest exploring other places and experiences!
Incredible ice cream! It’s absolutely delicious, with an impressive variety of flavors to pick from. This is truly the best ice cream I’ve ever tasted. However, this location has only one bench outside, so if it’s occupied, there are no other seating options available. Also, please note that they only accept cash.

The service was exceptional. The PB&J Sundae has quickly become my favorite dessert—it's made with black raspberry ice cream, topped with peanut butter sauce and whipped cream. The strawberry cheesecake ice cream was also very tasty. I strongly recommend this restaurant!
The ice cream and variety of options here are fantastic. However, the ordering process could use some refinement. If there are customers in front of you ordering milkshakes, be ready for a lengthy wait. I've walked out before in situations like that.

Very nice ice cream parlor, has a lot of choices. Ice cream is the best, you won't find any better anywhere! Produced on the owner's dairy farm.
