we are regular visitors of Manning’s. this special lunch was the worst. in the coming the bar appeared closed, but this was not a lighter, so dark and without an atmosphere. a very quiet lunch time with only 4 other tables booked. a completely changed dining room staff has made his job. the new head, daniel. was very good, but the service was not supported by eating. the salat with the appetizers did not seem fresh, proportions were small. although plentiful and tasty duck terrarine there were only 3 small finger size toast with it. the net again not up to the usual standard,rice was probably microwaved and the normally excellent steak-sizzler was just smashed in stylton. the restaurant is f...
Lovely restaurant, food good but not excellent as expected. The worst part of the evening was tables being positioned so close together, felt like I was sitting on the lap of the person next to me..spoilt all conversation and ambience….On top of that the family from hell were positioned in the larger room. I refused to be seated next to them and some diners left before ordering…horrendous, like being in a zoo

I can’t write anything other than great service fantastic food but was extremely noisy.But I was scammed Mannings had there system hacked,abs gutted and having to sort out so spoilt my evening.Food was fantastic though couldn’t give full stars because a system should be in place to protect your customers how did this happen?
We dined for my wife’s birthday, she said it was the best steak she had ever eaten. The food was amazing and all of the staff were so professional and friendly. The maitre D made everyone feel so special. We will be going again definitely

Lovely place and menu just a little expensive eg £45 for the cheapest red wine which as we know is quite a mark up … Varied and different menu and fabulous service ….
