I've visited Mannino's many times in my life, but last night was my first visit in years. I ordered two cheese slices to go, and the total came to about $7. It’s definitely more expensive than I remember. The pizza tasted okay, but it wasn’t warmed up properly; it had only spent less than two minutes in the oven, so by the time I started eating (about 10 minutes later), it was already cold. This is not what I would expect from a place with such great ratings. On a positive note, I really love the new outdoor section! It looks fantastic and provides a nice open-air option for those dining in.
An exceptional Italian dining experience from start to finish. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or any time of day. The portions are very generous and the food is absolutely delicious. Truly authentic Italian cuisine that’s hard to beat. The service is excellent—be sure to ask for Al, who is attentive, remembers regulars, and ensures you never have to wait. Highly recommended, whether you’re craving a simple pizza or a traditional Italian meal.
I had pasta with chicken and broccoli. The chicken could have been spicier, and the dish was quite oily. I also tried the pizza, which was lacking flavor and the cheese was almost tasteless. The disc-shaped pizza was surprisingly cooked properly, and the sauce was decent. The service was excellent. The place had a good crowd for a Friday night. If you're looking for great pizza, this isn't the spot.

Had slice of grandma pizza, surprisingly that crust was cooked right, sauce was decent. Service impeccable.Appears to be local place, had good crowd for Friday. Looking for outstanding pizza, not this place

Top notch pizza place and a great Italian restaurant. The food quality is exceptional, the service is very attentive and while they are a bit pricey, it's worth the money. Very accommodating for large parties and they always have amazing specials. Quite possible the best red clam sauce on Long Island.
Our waiter and staff were fantastic! While the food wasn’t quite as impressive as the Commack location, it was still very good. The chocolate cake was incredible! The drinks were great, and there was plenty of bread. Everything looked so delicious that we completely forgot to take pictures—lol.
Food is fresh and great, dinner menu are a bit better, I went today and it seems it wasn't 100 percent, overall was great, the dinners are absolutely fantastic, I went twice in a week that says something and I go to almost every restaurant and and I am abig food critic
Mannino Pizzeria provides great value with affordable prices, fantastic discounts, and outstanding service. Their unique vertical stromboli discs are not only delicious but also delightfully original and captivating.
