I ordered from this restaurant tonight on 26/03/2021 and got a couple of meals. One of the meals was a zinger chicken burger, but after just one bite I found it to be gritty and grisly, which made me feel sick. I called the restaurant to let them know that my burger wasn't very good and asked if they could replace it if I brought it back. The person I spoke to said she needed to check with Sam. I agreed to bring the burger back, but when I arrived, I was told that there was nothing wrong with it. Instead, I was given a refund of £5 even though I paid £7 for my meal. The chips on the kitchen counter were getting cold. When I requested another burger, I was told to go somewhere else.
The food at this restaurant is amazing. While you may find cheaper options elsewhere, the freshness and taste of the food here, cooked to order, are unmatched. The staff is always friendly and I highly recommend this restaurant.
The food was a bit spicier than we anticipated, but still very enjoyable. The service from the lady who helped us was very friendly. I definitely plan on coming back.
The food is awful and cold, and the staff are rude and disrespectful. I usually don't like to complain, but the prices are completely outrageous for the poor quality.
