Incredibly bad today After we waited in line for 5 minutes, the saleswoman (ground floor) went on break/home without comment and left us standing there without saying anything to us. The employees on the beauty floor are very unmotivated and are always watching you, especially in the perfume department and in the makeup department you are constantly followed around. I bought a PS5 and when I put a CD in it I found that the drive was defective. I brought it back with a guarantee and then they say they need a maximum of 2 to 3 weeks. I go there again to find out about the status of the PS5 and suddenly I have to wait 6 to 8 weeks. I'm not even given anything to confirm that I dropped off the PS5 there.
