Maple Street Biscuit Company- Jacksonville, FL- 4 stars I found myself in the youthful metropolitan region Jacksonville, FL I started hearing some Rumbly from my tribulation and knew it was time to dine. I was greeted with the flashing name of the Maple Street Biscuit Company to put my coordinates in my ubiquitous name generator. Always in the mood for cookies, I set course and soon arrived at my destination. My editor told me that the Maple Street Biscuit Company came from very humble beginnings in 2012 to now include a small chain with 36 locations in the Southeast and West as Lone Star State. Not bad considering that the whole country was shut down for about 2 years. The first thing I met was that while I was relatively poor in an area where the majority of the population (Palm Bay and the more prosperous areas consist of engineers who don't have creative brain power, we don't get restaurants like this in the county Bree VARD. The menu was creative from this world. They had frittaffles (Frittata such as waffles?, cookies that are woven, waffles with flavors such as Asiago and Speck, a mumosa bar and of course many coffees. Sadly, I was rejected in taking and later forgotten the name of my server, but be assured that they were on the ball and nothing lacked in their service. In any case, I have an order for Farmer Biscuit with one side of freshly pressed OJ. After a few minutes my server returned and when I grabbed a few pictures, I was mesmerized by the odorous delicacies that filled my olfactory sense. Wow, if that tasted half as good as it smelled, I was in the breakfast room. First of all, the cookie itself was obviously homemade and not a frozen hot-n-serve from a food provider (read what you in that. It was fluffy, dense and a pure joy on the palate. The chicken is farm fresh and in the remarkably tasty dragon that I still encounter in my culinary adventures. The bacon. Wow. The bacon is like nothing I've ever served. This is the only bacon I've had, which is the same COVID victim Darci 's Bacon Blues. The Big Boy says, For farm-fresh breakfast food and off-the-world bacon, I am sure every location of the Maple Street Biscuit Company will be ya grand! #bigboydiningout #bigboy

Came here since the wait at First Watch was almost an hour. I had been meaning to try it since 2019, just never had the opportunity to. There was a bunch of different foods to choose from. I ordered the toasted bread pudding with seven mini biscuits and had apple butter and the b2 berry jam as the dips. My daughter had the kids waffle with chocolate chips and strawberries, topped with whip cream. My partner had a friend chicken egg biscuit. He said there was a bit of a spicy flavor to it, but he enjoyed it. The only thing that bothers me is that they didn't have any non dairy options. That's not really fair that as someone who can't have dairy, I have to suffer and not enjoy my drink. I couldn't have their OJ either, because I also have a sensitivity to citric acid. We sat outside since there was no inside seating.

Order the cowboy buck. I should have listened to the cashier when she asked if I wanted a silverware. That thing was massive. I'm a big guy, but that was a big boy of cookies. Gravy is scratched and really thick. Land roasted steak lost a lot of bread while I ate it. Didn't hold very well on the meat. Steak was a kind of salt meadow, but the thing was badly whipped. Gravy was the star on the record. Biscuits come for the second with the bacon. The third place was the thick Cheddar, who was still good, but didn't take over the show. The steak and the egg were nothing to write at home, but they have cooked me with enough taste elsewhere on the sandwich so I could order it again.

Great Location with the option of indoor and outdoor seating. Something I found interesting was they asked for the title of your favorite book instead of your name theme changes monthly) Good prices especially for what you get. Service was friendly, fast and food was great as well.
