The atmosphere is nice and the people are friendly. The food is ok. I got the bacon and cheddar omelete added peppers and onions with a side of smashbrowns. The omelet was dry and I attribute that to it being cooked in a waffle iron. Zero seasoning. The salsa that comes with it doesn't mess well with it, but that's where the flavor was. The smashbrowns were nice and crispy but lacked flavor as well. My youngest daughter got chicken and waffles. No flavor there. She added hot sauce to get some kind of kick. The food was good but the service needs to improve. We ordered and the teller repeated the order correctly back to us, but somehow she managed to screw it up by changing our drinks and my name. So after waiting to be called for a long while I went to check and they said that they called me, which they did call the other name, not mine and looking at the order they drink didn't match. So the manager had to get involved since the other employees had deer eyes looking at upcoming traffic, he fixed

Food was great, along with the atmosphere, however the staff treated my friend and I almost as we were non existent. After sitting down I saw how they would treat other guest (with respect, kindness, talkative), but for my friend and I who are new to the area we didn’t not receive that! My advice to you guys, step it up. Don’t act snobby towards new guest.

This place is so cool. You have to give them your favorite cartoon character, and when your food is ready, the call you by your favorite cartoon character. How cool is that!And the orange juice is really good. I would highly recommend you to try the orange juice.

Every time I have been there, it was BUSY, very popular spot! Food, I love. No complaints at all. And I like their coffee! The little maple bottles are precious, but most of all, the maple syrup is incredible!
