We stayed here for our Wedding Weekend and actually bought at the other guestrooms for some of our other guests. It was the perfect location for a Carbondale Wedding right on Main St. On the main arrival day, all of our friends met here for beverages and it was so fun catching up. We also hosted our Post Wedding Brunch on Sunday and it was so much fun! The elixirs really helped us recover- and some even enjoyed the Bloody Mary's. They let us bring in outside Catering (Plosky's soo good) creating an amazing Bagel Brunch. The guestrooms are modern, spacious and clean and have everything you need. My now husband ordered us flowers to be delivered the night of our Wedding and it was the sweetest...
A gorgeous stop in a wonderful town. Extremely friendly service, and great decor. We got the 5-whiskey flight and the mule, and were greatly impressed by both. Their limited release 5-year 126-proof whiskey is really really good, so check it out if you get a chance. I can't recommend you check this place out and their unique and sustainable distillation processes!
If this isn't on your list of places, then get a new list. We have loved this distillery for several years now, but with our service with Dave today, he went up and beyond to make sure that we truly experienced and enjoyed everything that they make. Stop here, stay here, just get here to enjoy everything that they have to offer!
