Marcello Sub Shop - Réserver une table

I will never go Marcello's in Whitman again. I used to be one of their most loyal customers but I honestly can't be anymore, not with how I was treated. They are so rude, all they do is scream at you and hang up on you for a mistake that they have made. I spoke with the owner who told me it wasn't his problem and hung up on me for a mistake that THEY made. I love their food but is the horrible customer service really worth it? I don't think so. I don't think they realize if they are not nice to their customers they will not have any.

Recently, I had a bad experience at this restaurant when a manager was rude to me over the phone. The next day, I called back and spoke to the assistant manager who was also not helpful and refused to give his name. This kind of behavior speaks volumes about the service at this establishment.

This restaurant is excellent and has improved significantly. They offer great pizzas and salads, with good service from courteous and clean employees. Pizza night is a real treat here.

I forgot how good their sandwiches were, so I had to try them again and they did not disappoint me. They also have great specials. No wonder they are still in business today!

ok prices for the amount of food they get. nothing crazy fantasy, just well done eating munchie. they get a good amount of chicken pliers for ten dollars. I would.

nothing beautiful, but certainly very good eating too very cheap trips. looks like an old howard johnson or bickfords building. old school.

bad dog! I stopped to get a sandwich that was a big fish salad. I asked her to salate and tomato and I would be in a couple.

I hated my food and sent it back and they gave me the same order in new bag. the new owner, this stinks no longer
