Our waiter was very friendly and attentive, which added to the enjoyable atmosphere. For my meal, I ordered the chicken molly, and my husband had the ossobuco, both of which were absolutely delicious. The food was flavorful and the service was impressively quick. The only downside was the cheesecake; it wasn’t bad, but it felt a bit lackluster compared to the other dishes. However, I really loved the tiramisu! All in all, it was a fantastic dinner.
The atmosphere was quiet and nice. White table clothes. We were brought to our table right away. We had an early reservation, so that might account for the quiet time. The food and service were great. The bread was fantastic. You can sit outside or on back porch that was closed in or the dining room. It was our anniversary whichninputnonnthe reservation. Nothing was said or done to make it special. We would go back again.
This was our second dining experience at Marcelo's. The first visit was good enough for us to return, but after this meal, the restaurant is making my "worst ever food list." My wife ordered the grouper fish special, while I had the chicken Palermo. Unfortunately, the fish tasted old and greasy. The chicken was decent, but it came with bland pasta. The calamari was overcooked and had the flavor of old, dirty frying oil.
Went to Marcello’s to celebrate my belated birthday. Since we are new to Covington, we depended on word of mouth recommendations. The entire evening was very special thanks to delicious dinners, terrific cocktails, and great service. We both got the Tomato Basil Soup and the Millo entree (one veal and one chicken). Fabulous. Highly recommend the after dinner cocktails we tried them all. Lol. Réservez une table maintenant
We celebrated our 15th anniversary tonight and from the time we walked in until we left we were welcomed with some amazing staff. The food was absolutely amazing. Complimentary dessert for our anniversary. It was a very enjoyable night. Was our 1st time here but we will be back. Added to our favorites list.
Intimate Italian at its best. I ordered the pork cheek and my wife got the veal Molli. It was superb. For dessert, we ordered the Tiramisu. The waiter said, “the best Tiramisu of your life” and he was right! My wife doesn’t usually care for tiramisu but it was divine. We can’t recommend Marcello’s
We dined at Marcello's for the first time, and we will definitely be returning! Everything was outstanding. It's a cozy spot that's quite popular, so I suggest making a reservation for a Friday or Saturday night. I highly recommend the Linguine Tritone!
Very authentic atmosphere due to the layout. We ate in the front room that gives the feel of a private party yet the wall allows visibility through out the larger room. The food was delicious and the service was great. This place does not dissapoint. Réservez une table maintenant
Stopped by for my daughter's 20th birthday. This was our first visit and everything was excellent. We had 3 different dishes and it was well portioned and perfectly cooked. The service was great as well.
