Contrary to some of the other reviews about this restaurant I have to say our experience was very good. We chose Marco Polo as we couldn't see any other restaurants close to our hotel (the Kaiserhoff) so this was both convenient and, as it transpired,...a very good dinner. We were looked after by the manager/ owner himself. My steak was cooked to perfection and he served us a complimentary liquor at the end of the meal. Would certainly eat there again.

Set in the heart of Fuerstenwalde, Marco Polo is an Italian restaurant with pizza and pasta but also a good selection of decent German dishes. The prices are reasonable and the food very tasty. Service was excellent. Our waiter spoke perfect English and looked after...us well. Can thoroughly recommend.
