I'd have to say to avoid this place at all costs. This was a business meal after a long day. They had written the wrong time down for our reservation but were sat down anyway. Not a great start. Drinks for came out a time and then odd and this drinks service was maintained throughout the night. Our bread and olives were bought out one portion at a time (the second just before the starters when we ordered of each. The wine glasses for the non wine drinkers were not cleared, a bit odd. It was a bit of a pleasant surprise to find a Marco Pierre White branded restaurant at the Holiday inn chain which I frequent on a regular basis. It didn’t disappoint me. Menu was easy to read and offered a great variety of Italian dishes....Pricing is reasonable for a Marco’s chain typical of such establishment in London. I ordered a simple vegetarian cheese pasta and onion rings. Food was cooked to perfection just as I liked. Onion rings were the best I’ve ever had. we have a table here while we stay in the cottage next door. we had high expectations when we saw that it was marco pierre white, but remained disappointed. the service was excellent and the wine was very nice, apart from the price...tag, it was the food that this restaurant unfortunately let down. I had the hunch with spaghetti and like a previous review, it tasted like heinz spaghetti! the part was much too big and more of a cleaning. my man had the American hot pizza, which had no heat at all in that I saw them as blanching. overall disappointing and would not recommend for the price despite the large service
we had a meal at night before our flight, and it made me feel extremely sick. everything on the menu had a huge inflatable price tag! had calamari for beginners, but had better for less money. I chose to rip for pornstars, and they were absolutely terrible....Extremely fat and undercooked. bbq sauce was bad again. if this restaurant wants people to pay great money, money to invest good quality meat! the workers were good by the calculation but only a farewell as we wanted a decent meal before our flight. would rather have had a mcdonalds in that night if I knew how I would feel.

had a nice meal at marcos tonight. when I travel for work alone, I usually avoid sitting in the restaurant and deciding for room service, but tonight I decided to go. I was greeted by the manager mohammed, who gave me a nice one. table at the rande of the restaurant where I didn't feel too uncomfortable to be alone. both mohammed and the waitress danielle who served me were very attentive. I ordered to lasagne who quickly came and was really delicious. some of the prices seem quite expensive, but the portion sizes are decent, so this would not let me eat again here.
Stayed at the Holiday Inn (that's another story.. and dined at the hotel restaurant. Was sat by the wall facing an empty buffet (probably being used for breakfast). Staff was helpful, but we're running like headless chickens even tho the place was empty. Ordered a...pizza and the dough was nice and thin. On top of it there were shop bought cold cuts and undercooked bacon. Couldn't taste any tomato sauce whatsoever. Really not worth the price I was asked to pay. Would not recommend.
The staff were very friendly indeed and very helpful and efficient. We were somewhat disappointed with the food (pasta) as we were expecting something really special. It was OK but nothing out of the ordinary. The surroundings and decor of the restaurant are very pleasant....Prices seem quite high for the quality of food dishes and drinks.
I wanted to celebrate my daughter's birthday so I took my family to Marco's. This was my first visit and I was not disappointed. The restaurant looked lovely and the staff were polite and friendly. The service was outstanding and the food was amazing....I will definitely return. A

I have just finished my meal in Marco's New York Italian. I must say our waitress was amazing, when it came to service, very attentive and always smiling. Will definitely be back.
died chicken wings rarely, which I think is a bit dangerous? the personal was apologetic and we didn't have to pay for it. but shocking in a clam.
