My boyfriend and I stumbled upon Marcos last Sunday night and were so pleasantly surprised. Marco himself was there, and shared with us the history of his restaurant and then made an off-the-menu dinner for us that was wonderful. We started with sautéed spinach with almonds and raisins in a garlicy broth, with warm wonderful bread. I was then treated to a mascarpone and tomato sauce linguine with shrimp while my boyfriend had mascarpone and tomato rigatoni with pepperoni, olives, and fresh-sliced prosciutto. Everything was prepared right in front of us. Highly recommend stopping by if you are in the mood for some delicious food in a welcoming and warm environment.
