I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant. They make it very clear that they are a franchise, which means they don't adhere to the quality or experience you might expect. I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready by 10:30. I arrived at 10:45, only to be told that Google had the wrong hours and they actually close at 10. I'm pretty sure I'm going to have a hard time getting a refund as well. To make matters worse, it seemed like there were only young workers running the establishment, and customer service was clearly lacking in their hiring. This place really tarnishes the reputation of Marco's name.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The service is extremely poor, and it seems like everyone needs to be replaced. This is the second time I've come around 9:15 PM, and both times I've been told they aren’t taking orders. This is quite misleading, especially since the sign on the door says they’re open until 10 PM. The manager really needs to address these customer service issues with the staff, as they clearly don’t know how to treat customers. Corporate should seriously think about closing this location.

I had an exceptional dinner experience! The food was absolutely delightful, earning a perfect score of 5. The service was attentive and friendly, also deserving of a top rating. The atmosphere was inviting and cozy, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing evening. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant!
Came into the store to place an order for take out at 920pm.Store closes at 11pm The cashier was very nice ready to have me pay then a gentleman interrupts her says No stop that we are not placing anymore orders He then sat outside lit his joint with another guy relaxed. The service wasn't consistently friendly or helpful. I ordered takeout for dinner, and it cost around $10–20 per person. In terms of the food, I would rate it a 3, while the service and atmosphere both received a 2. I would recommend trying the Build Your Own Pizza.
