We have been more then fair when it comes to giving another chance to marcos at 149 main st toledo ohio actually 3 separate occasions but tonight I can honestly say was the absolute last time that I will ever contact that place to order food if anybody I know tries to order food from there I'll do everything in my power to beg them to take their money elsewhere I will be sure to inform everyone that I know to steer clear from that business and I have never in my life wondered so much how a place stays open as much as I do with this place tonight I ordered 2 chicken club subs with one of them having banana pepper and ranch the other Italian sauce and both no tomatoes mind u we've ordered this...
I love your Pizza and other items you offer..we used to order from there at least once a week if not more. But now that my husband and myself are retired it's maybe twice a month if we can . The workers have always been so pleasant on the phone and patient with me except for tonight.. the man that took my order was very short with me and rude!!!. I know you all are very busy on Fridays but he didn't even take the time to say Thank you for your order or even say goodbye, just rudely hung up
The manager and staff were great. My order was 30 mins late on a pick up. She explained that the store had gotten a new POS system and was having some confusion. Plus, it was Friday, and they were backed up with online orders. I was pressed for time to get lunch for our guys so they could go back to work. I sat and watched the young adults working hard and handling it well. The pizza was delicious. I will definitely return!
The Marco's on Main St is my favorite! They always do their very best, and IF they make a mistake, they are quick to fix it! I've been going there so long and so often that they know my order! The manager always checks my order, ever since sardines were accidentally put on my pizza a few years ago.
