I'm a fan of Marcos! I've ordered delivery a lot and they have always been quick. Today was approximately 25 minutes for 2 pizzas, cheese bread and wings, the pizza was steaming when it arrived!. I do have to say I was a little let down on their buffalo sauce for the wings, the wings were cooked great but the sauce definitely fell short, could've been more flavourful and had more of a spice for being buffalo sauce. The pizzas have always been good but what really blew me away today was their cheese bread! It is easily in the top 3 of mine. I was disappointed with the service I received from this restaurant. They left my pizza on the ground without attempting to contact me using the instructions I provided. They only called to inform me that my pizza was left outside. The management's response was unsatisfactory and I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. The overall experience was mediocre at best.

Pizza is good , the service is terrible. Everytime we order from this place with a set time we end up having to wait an extra 20 minutes or more from the pick up time.The employees stand in front talking the whole time we are there waiting, feeling uncomfortable as they look at us as if we are the problem.
Marcos consistently provides excellent customer service. Their pizza is delicious and consistently fresh. The staff is a fantastic team that takes pride in their work. Thank you, Marcos, for always being a top choice for takeout!
We've given them many chances to get it right. Wait 3 hours for your food. They won't answer the phone. Never have drivers available. We've switched to competitors. I think it's been almost a year since we ordered from them.
if there was an option to give them No stars I would!! upon arriving to pick up my order. there was two employees vaping. You could see them from outside the windows how Nasty is that all over finish and fresh food.

They left my food outside without trying to get it to me then refused a refund, I gave them instructions on how to get into the apt and a large tip for doing so. Thanks again terrible management.
Hands down the best pizza I’ve had outside of Minneapolis!
