I'm not one to write reviews so this is huge. What began as a horrible experience ended up being one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. My family and I love Marco's, ordering from them has become a tradition! To our disappointment, when we placed an order last week it arrived and looked terrible. Too many toppings, crust was different than we ordered and the pizza looked a mess. With 3 hungry kids I was imaginably, upset. My frustration had the best of me when I called to tell the store they butchered my order so I felt bad for the person who would end up taking my call. We frequently order pizza from this establishment, but today we had an outstanding experience. The delivery driver accidentally dropped one of the pizzas while handing them over, but it was not his fault as I had set his carrier bag on my car trunk. He immediately apologized, picked up the pizza, and promised to return with a replacement. Surprisingly, he arrived with replacements for the entire order, not just the one pizza. We used to order from this Marco's location frequently, typically 3-4 times per month. However, in the past 8 months, the quality has declined significantly. Our last pickup order took an hour and 15 minutes to be ready, and we have noticed a decrease in the amount of toppings and inconsistency in the taste of the food. This past pickup experience will be our last with Marco's. We ordered a pizza, cheese bread, and a Pizza Bowl. The Pizza Bowl came in its own pizza box, which I found odd. When I got home, I realized that the Pizza Bowl, more like a pizza tray, had no lid and the grease had leaked everywhere, staining my jacket, carpet, and shoes. Disappointing service got an email with order ready status and went to store for pickup. They asked my name couple of times and said food is ready, but never packed. Food was waiting on the side, but they never packed it. There were 3 4 customers who came after me and they got their food even before me. That too, their food came out of oven longtime after my food waiting on countertop. I have waited 15 20 mins and left the store without picking up the food. Sorry to say this, but a Very bad service.

I ordered an extra large Philly cheesesteak from this restaurant. They delivered a pizza with some steak on it. I called them and asked for a pizza with the standard amount of steak and to resend it to me. They agreed to send another one. After half an hour, I called them again to check on the status of my order. They claimed that I had already come to pick up the pizza, but I had not left my home. The person on the phone hung up on me.
This was a delivery order so I can’t speak to the atmosphere but the pizza itself is mediocre at best in the order was not correct. I ordered a sausage pie, and a pepperoni pie showed up. Accidents happen, not a huge deal but at the end of the day the pizza was just average. This is one of those places where I wouldn’t tell people to stay away, but it’s a one and done for me. I ordered delivery from this restaurant so I can't comment on the ambiance, but the pizza was mediocre at best and my order was incorrect. I ordered a sausage pie, but received a pepperoni pie instead. While mistakes happen, the pizza itself was just average. While I wouldn't necessarily discourage others from trying this place, it's not a restaurant I would choose to order from again.
This pizza place is absolutely fantastic! The pizza is always fresh, delicious, and made quickly. It's my favorite spot for pizza. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean and cozy, and the pizza never disappoints. I highly recommend it for a quick lunch. The prices range from $10 to $20 per person. I give the food, service, and atmosphere all a rating of 5 out of 5.
