Giving two stars because the food is fine, but just had a VERY unsaisfactory customer sevice experience. I had ordered contactless delivery and was waiting nearly an hour so I called to check the status of my order. I was not rude or angry, just wanted to inquire.I spoke to a somewhat pushy man who claimed to be a supervisor insisting it had already been dropped off. Instead of placing me on hold to resolve the issue, he was just yelling at his delivery driver across the store. He told me according to the driver it had been left at the front door, but upon checking it had been left at my back door AND off to the side so I wouldn 't have seen it looking out the window I had to actually go aro...
We frequently order pizza from this establishment, but today we had an outstanding experience. The delivery driver accidentally dropped one of the pizzas while handing them over, but it was not his fault as I had set his carrier bag on my car trunk. He immediately apologized, picked up the pizza, and promised to return with a replacement. Surprisingly, he arrived with replacements for the entire order, not just the one pizza. We now have extra pizza and have shared it with friends. We are impressed by the exceptional service and the fact that we are already fans of Marco's pizza. It is some of the best pizza I have found in town and the other menu items have never disappointed. Unfortunately, I have dealt with an illiterate delivery driver that either forgets items or fails to read the delivery instructions. For this reason, I have quit ordering from here, but will try again once management confirms remediation of these processes. Affirmation of corrected processes on google reviews sufficient I do not wish to submit a review on Marco's site.
I ordered an extra large Philly cheesesteak from this restaurant. They delivered a pizza with some steak on it. I called them and asked for a pizza with the standard amount of steak and to resend it to me. They agreed to send another one. After half an hour, I called them again to check on the status of my order. They claimed that I had already come to pick up the pizza, but I had not left my home. The person on the phone hung up on me.

I arrived within the window given and the pizza was not ready, I was told it was in the oven. Then I was asked for my name again, and told that their system was down and could I tell them my order. I didn't get my food until 30 minutes after the end of my pickup window. I understand it wasn't their fault, but I thought they could have offered a discount or thrown in cheese bread or something for the inconvenience.
I ordered delivery from this restaurant so I can't comment on the ambiance, but the pizza was mediocre at best and my order was incorrect. I ordered a sausage pie, but received a pepperoni pie instead. While mistakes happen, the pizza itself was just average. While I wouldn't necessarily discourage others from trying this place, it's not a restaurant I would choose to order from again.
This pizza place is absolutely fantastic! The pizza is always fresh, delicious, and made quickly. It's my favorite spot for pizza. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean and cozy, and the pizza never disappoints. I highly recommend it for a quick lunch. The prices range from $10 to $20 per person. I give the food, service, and atmosphere all a rating of 5 out of 5.
The pizza at this restaurant is fantastic and the manager is very friendly and welcoming. They also offer vegetarian options, such as a plain cheese pizza.
