Marcos has always been our go-to for local pizza delivery. Tonight, we ordered through their online portal, but it seemed like there was a misunderstanding with my order, which was a bit complicated. When I called the store, I had a lovely conversation with KY, and my delivery experience with Austin was also enjoyable before my call. They quickly resolved the issues, reissued another pizza, and even had the same delivery driver bring it to me. This time, the pizza was perfect! They truly went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied, and it did not go unnoticed. KY and Austin definitely earned my approval for their professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service...
My overall experience this time was terrible. The staff was not wearing gloves while handling food, and when I inquired about it, the response was that they don't have to wear gloves. This should be a standard practice whenever food is involved. Additionally, I noticed staff members using their phones and then going straight to prepare food for a pizza without even washing their hands with hot water and soap. This raises serious concerns about hygiene and safety. Don't you think that safety should be the top priority when working with food? I do want to mention that Ashley K did her best during this situation.
The pizza was decent, but the service was very disappointing. I wish I could have reduced my tip, but I had already made the payment. I waited at the drive-thru window and saw several customers who arrived after me being served while I was ignored. One staff member was on the phone, and the other just loitered around unless someone entered the restaurant. Eventually, I decided to park and go inside. I was hoping to discover a new local pizza spot since I live nearby, but now I'm unsure if I'll return.
I had a wonderful experience during my first visit to this location. Ashley, Chandler, and Ryan did an excellent job of getting my food to me quickly and professionally. While I waited, they engaged me in pleasant conversation that made the time fly by; I almost forgot I was waiting at all! I will definitely return to this location again and again!
Got a pizza and a salad. The meat and cheese on the salad looked like it was torn in half by hand, not chopped or sliced. The pizza was sad. The toppings were space and concentrated in the center. It was not slced all the way through or to the edge. Wehad to rip it apart. Taste on both were OK, but not worth the forty dollars we paid.
