Unfortunately, this location has horrible service. Too many times now, I’ve seen marketing prices online, but the location says their system does not accept that coupon. I asked the representative how are consumers supposed to know which locations honor what’s online and in her response said, she doesn’t need my attitude. I asked to speak to a manager. She said one wouldn’t be in until 4pm. She refused to give me her name. I’ve purchased several pizzas from this Marcos, never again. They need to train their employees how to communicate professionally to customers. If Management cares to correct this employee, this happened on 2/14/24 around 2:50pm.
I absolutely love Marco's Pizza! As a long-time fan from the East Coast, I feel lucky to have such a consistently excellent restaurant in our area that always surpasses our expectations. Whenever we request extra sauce on our pizzas, they deliver every time, and we haven't experienced a single mistake with our orders yet. I particularly enjoy their thin-crust pizza, which is cut into squares, and they do it perfectly. I highly recommend Marco's! While they may not be as cheap as Little Caesars or Domino's, I believe in prioritizing quality over saving a few dollars. If you're able to, definitely choose Marco's!
Last Friday, I placed a pickup order through Uber Eats. When I arrived at the restaurant, I was informed that they were still preparing one more item. I waited for 15 minutes and then checked in again, only to hear the same thing. About 10 minutes later, another employee came over and asked what I was waiting for, and then they told me my order had already been picked up. This puzzled me because someone must have used my name to collect the order. I had placed the order and was at the restaurant within five minutes, so I'm struggling to understand how my order was given to someone else.
I ordered a two topping large pizza (steak and chicken), but I noticed it was supper greasy and unhealthy when my son had already done with two slices. The oil leak was awful so that it had leaked on my car back seat where I put pizza to take it home. I threw away the rest of pizza then. Stopped by store two days after the incident to see what the manager corrective/ preventive action would be, but he just said; Sorry and didn 't even offer a remake as it had been thrown away. It’s a kid-friendly spot; while it's not very large, children are welcome. Plus, there’s a ramp for wheelchair accessibility from the lot.
We order from the Marco 's at Barker Cypress Cypress North Houston. They 'consistently ' provide excellent food and service. Delivery drivers are quick and food arrives fresh and hot. I usually call to place my order so I can take advantage of special deals or promotions. Employees are helpful and patient. Sebastian has taken my order a few times and does a great job!!
This restaurant has really changed. The medium deluxe pizza I ordered was soggy. The online deals seem more beneficial to Marcos than to customers. Somehow, getting 2 medium pizzas with 2 toppings for $7.99 each ended up costing me $30. That feels like a scam.
Unfortunately, this Marco’s has gone down hill, in order double steak and its ground beef , surface up and tried chicken, ordered double which I paid for and there is almost no chicken on the

We really enjoy their pizza because they excel at making thin crust. It doesn't taste like a potato chip!
The pizza was delicious! My grandson ordered Marco's Pizza and really enjoyed it.
