I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant when I tried to place an order over the phone. The girl who answered seemed distracted and asked me to repeat my order several times while she yelled for someone else to answer the phone. She eventually asked me to hold and never returned. When I called back, the phone rang for a long time before a young kid answered. I had to repeat my order and address multiple times before he finally asked if I wanted to pick up or have it delivered. He made me wait on hold again before eventually taking my order, acting impatient and rude. The manager and employees were unprofessional and incompetent.
The food was good, if pretty greasy, but one of the 2 pizzas was completely uncut and the amount of time we had to wait was ridiculous. Our order was submitted at 6:19 with an estimated time of 6:34. We arrived at 6:45 and were given an estimated wait of 15-20 minutes; we did not get our order until 7:20. Not to mention that when our was ready, no one informed us; my brother had to go to the counter to ask for another estimated wait time.
It was a good change of pace from the normal chain pizza places. It is a little more expensive then the other pizza chains but the ingredients are way better, example the tasted fresh where as the other chains are so canned. They also have a 4 cheese pizza that blows a 'normal ' pizza out of the water.
I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious pizza at this restaurant! In a world where everything seems to be getting more expensive, the high quality of the food here really stood out to me. The service was excellent and the ingredients on the pizza were top-notch. I highly recommend this place.
