A very nice restaurant with great location. That's it. Due to the stormy weather the terrace was not visited. The restaurant max. 60% off. Had to stand in the wind for 10 minutes, they were noticed but ignored and unfriendlyly instructed that we would not have to wait in the front room (where we were alone). We had reserved 14 days in advance for 8 vaccinated persons. Unfortunately, this reservation was apparently not included. About guilt and not guilt was extensively lamented before we were led to one of the free tables. After waiting for 20min, one of the 3 operators appeared and asked for our drinks. Our food requests were received only on our draughts. The main foods reached us only after almost 2 hours on repeated requests and only after announcement of our walking. During our presence, the service appeared only on demand across the room. No nice word, no smile, no kindness. Attention and effort misdisplay! After dinner, the responsible had probably noticed that almost everything had gone wrong and we were now detuned. She banged us 8 pieces of cake and 8 chocolates as a greeting from the kitchen on the table and asked for coffee wishes. No excuse or explanation, no nice word. Conclusion: only 3 controls, overwhelmed, inattentive, unfriendly and arrogant. No service available, absolutely unprofessional. Maximum average meal. We have never given any tip for a turnover of €500. Even this courtesy would have annoyed us for ever after. Why we didn't leave early? Our mistake!
