WOW! Desmond and Tony to the rescue! We had dinner at RFC across the hall, and it was a complete disaster! We were out celebrating my daughter's 6th birthday, and I truly wanted it to be a special occasion for her. I had a brief conversation with Desmond before he seated us, and he went above and beyond to ensure she had a wonderful time. Thanks to Tony, Desmond, and the entire team, she felt incredibly special! THANK YOU for saving the evening!
The server provided good service, but the prices were excessive for the quality of the food. For instance, the volcano nachos were simple and didn't match the appealing image presented. Similarly, the southwest salad fell short in both value and portion size, leaving me unsatisfied.
I had a very disappointing experience with the food. I gave three stars, one each for the service, the Lava Lava Shrimp, and the drinks bar. The rest of the food honestly doesn't deserve any stars. I would recommend this place only for drinks; avoid the food!

Don't bother spending your time or money here. This Margaritaville is nothing like the one in Florida. The decor is completely different, and the food was overcooked and served lukewarm.
We had such a great time here. The go karts were fun to ride as well as the 3D rides. It's a really nice place to take your family. The games were great too.
