We came to the area to visit family and we decided to come here for lunch since they had told us this place was good. It did not disappoint! The restaurant was very clean and vibrant, and it felt like a place you could just hang out. Having several different environments (tables and booths, the elegant bar, outdoor patio, the bar counter by the pizza oven, the reservable room) made it so Margie 's could really fit any occasion. The meals were well priced considering the freshness and locality of many of the ingredients, and of course it was all very tasty. I would have never thought to have a pizza with salmon or capers on it, but I was so intrigued I had to try it. I would definitely order...
I visit this restaurant at least once a week. The service is always fast and friendly. My favorite dishes include the Chilaquiles with pulled pork, which is a must-order for weekend brunch. The smoky pulled pork, salsa verde, crema, corn, and beans make it truly delicious. I always make sure either my wife or I order it because I regret it when I don't. The Huevos Rancheros are also delicious and worth returning for weekly. The Brunch Burger is another must-try item, with so many delicious southwestern dishes on the menu. They also offer seasonal selections for Brick oven Pizza, Wings, Burgers, and Live Music. The staff is great with kids and there are plenty of options for them on the menu....
This restaurant offers a diverse menu with a good variety of options. Their happy hour craft cocktails and bites are enjoyable. The Chimmi fries are a great choice for sharing among 2 or 3 people. Both the regular and gluten-free pizzas are delicious. The Italian sausage is well-seasoned. Unfortunately, the BBQ roasted brussel sprouts were disappointing on Thursday, as they were undercooked and swimming in sauce. For customers with dietary restrictions, there are plenty of gluten-free options available, and the restaurant uses separate fryers and ovens for gluten-free foods. The server was accommodating and made a celiac feel welcome.
Beyond IMPRESSED!! My family and I went there to celebrate my mom's birthday. Casey was our server and she was exceptional! We all ordered different specialty drinks that were so good and wow, just WOW, the food was outstanding! I couldn't believe it. I tried everyone's dish and everything was amazing. Lastly, I felt like I wasn't in Andover or in any of the surrounding cities like Ramsey or Anoka. The atmosphere was so great and the layout of the restaurant is so neat. It felt like I was out of town. I know that may sound weird but it was a great feeling. Thank you Margie's for an excellent experience. I will definitely be back!

I would rate this restaurant a 3.5. I'm not sure why everyone is so enthusiastic about this place, perhaps it's because there aren't many other options nearby. It's not terrible, but I would only call it average or slightly above average. This was my second visit, the first time we had burgers and this time we tried their pizza. The burger lacked flavor and the fries were average. The pizza only had the outer edge cooked properly, with some doughy spots. The toppings were decent, but my chicken pizza had only a few small pieces of chicken. The highlight was the corn dip we had as an appetizer.
Really very impressed with Margie's and happy our schedule finally lined up with their hours. Drinks were on point, service was phenomenal, and sitting at the pizza bar so we could watch the kitchen operate was so cool, a well oiled machine. We shared a pizza as a starter, perfectly cooked, chewy crust, yum! My husband got the steak sandwich and I got a burger, both were good, my husband said the pieces of steak were a bit hard to bite with his teeth, so he cut them a bit smaller, but could be an issue for others. Overall, we'll be back!
Margie?s is our go to dinner spot! The food is always delicious. We sit at the bar frequently, bartender Eric is always friendly and has great recommendations. Menu has changed recently, we loved the jalapeño jam pizza, the new elote pizza is dank though! We are obsessed with every sauce on the menu, definitely recommend ordering a sauce flight. Creme brulee French toast was to die for with mouth watering caramel pecans and the creme brulee to top for the saucy syrup. As an appetizer we tried the chimi cheese fries which with the aioli sauce and combination of the toppings made the fries insanely delicious and easy to eat! Can't wait to try more of their items! Open kitchen area allows you to see food being made or pizzas being finished, such a fun thing to see when eating or chatting. Great job Margie's!

Margie's used to be good, but they are cutting portion size, but not their prices. Got a cap steak handheld, last time we were in, I got 5 small pieces of steak, this time I got the Auntie's bowl and the steak was tiny. My wife got the Salmon which used to be more then you could eat, now it non existent serving size. Too bad as they were a great place to go before.
First time here, I was beyond impressed! Great service and food! I’ll definitely be back.
