If I could give a sixth star to the service, I would. Maria Candelaria is a treasure. For the traveler: It is a little hard to find as its entrance is sunk and difficult to see from the sidewalk. In addition, you have to knock for them to let you in as they keep the door locked. However, once you are in, you are for a contract. The environment is charming rough edges, but comfortable and cozy. The waiter is extremely friendly (and patient with my broken Spanish) and will go through the menu. Your lunch special cannot be on price or taste, including a simple but tasty soup, a drink and a duck. You will recommend the Pollo Relleno (sticked chicken) and have the right.
