Tou got to love it when a happy accident happens. Stop to eat at one restaurant, and I got told they were only taking reservations tonight. So we cam here instead, and my God's am I happy that we did. We ordered the Birria egg rolls for both of us. I ordered the chicken fajitas, and she got the enchilada plate, with three different enchiladas. I also ordered the mango margarita. Where to start on this one. I love birria tacos. I know, I'm a gringo, but I've had A LOT of birria tacos, not only from Colorado, but all over. This experience, from the service to the comfort and hominess of the restaurant were completely unmatched. I wish I knew his name, but he was a younger guy that took our order and instantly he felt like a friend inviting you to eat some his grandma's food while hanging out. He was so nice! Then!
