Thank you for your prompt response to my review. You’re right—it wasn’t lasagna, but ravioli with both red and white sauces! I also realize I didn’t express any concerns to you or our attentive waitress. Although she checked on us, she seemed quite busy, and when I saw the buffet being refilled, I returned, hoping the food would be hot. Unfortunately, it wasn’t, so I assumed that was just the usual temperature. I’m curious about your reply here, especially since I think I may have been looking at an outdated or incorrect menu—does that menu belong to you? Thank you for the kind invitation, and I’m sorry to hear you had a tough day.
We had a big group tonight, and Jennifer was an outstanding server. Our drinks never took long to arrive, and the food was fantastic! I’ll definitely be coming back soon. Next time, I’m trying the pasta—it looked incredible. We shared the Buffalo, Meat Lovers, and The Mario’s Special pizzas, and they were all delicious. My favorite was The Mario’s Special.
I hadn’t visited Mario’s Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria in over 30 years, and my wife had never been before. We decided to try it recently, and we were very pleased! The atmosphere is pleasant, the service was great, and the pizza was delicious. We’ll definitely be returning soon!
The buffet here is fantastic, with delicious food and a friendly, courteous staff. It's always bustling during lunchtime, but there's plenty of seating available. This is definitely a great place to eat when you're in Springfield!

Great pizza and wings! It's a solid local choice. The Boston pizza is particularly tasty. Keep an eye out for coupons—they're widely available and offer great savings.
The pizza bar was excellent. I hadn't visited in a while, but it was just as good as I remembered. I really enjoy the salad with mandarin oranges and nuts—delicious!
They've revamped their pizza-making process, and the results are amazing! I love the value of their pizza special; it's both filling and budget-friendly.
This restaurant serves good pizza.
