What a DIVE!!!!!the place has been there a long time but owner has zero clue how to run a restaurant. The hostess cashier with glasses constantly makes errors and blames others. She will mess up your take out order and blame others. Also doesnt take accountability for giving wrong prices or telling you they are out of anything until you show up. Highly unprofessional and she has been there over 5 years that we have encountered her. Her English is so bad on the phones and we can never get any type of clear understanding from her. Went to Mario's recently for a family party and had an absolutely great time in one of the private rooms that are available for rental. The service was great, with regular check-ins at the multiple tables. The servers were very on top of refilling drink pitchers, cleaning empty plates off of the table, and they were overall very nice people. The salads were great to start. Then, the pene vodka was absolutely top-notch, especially with the warm bread to clean up the sauce. This restaurant was a major disappointment. I used to frequent it a lot in the 80s and 90s. I decided to go for dinner and was immediately put off by the fact that I couldn't understand the server or busboy. The chicken franchise I ordered was terrible and tasteless, with a watery sauce that could have passed for soup. The calamari was burnt and my friend's dish was barely touched. To top it off, the busboy accidentally spilled my dish all over me and never came back to clean up the mess. I absolutely love this place! The service was fantastic. The servers all seem like one big, happy family and are so refreshing. The hostess, Dorela, is lovely and makes ordering a breeze. My favorite dishes are the sandwiches and pastas - Mario's hidden gems. My family and I will definitely be returning to Mario's as one of our regular restaurants! #Love Mario's

Ordering to go on a Friday night may not be the best thing to do. Food was okay. I heard it was amazing so I tried it. I will have to try it again and maybe order something different. But the place was jumping and clean.

The restaurant cancels orders and refuses to take certain orders due to laziness. I also noticed small roaches in the restaurant.
