Market Street Kitchen

Visited on July 3rd, 2017, with a group of seven adults, one toddler, and three dogs. The staff had no problem accommodating us at a lovely table in the charming garden. The food was fantastic; I highly recommend the high tea and the cream tea, both of which were delightful. The cake was also wonderful. They had treats for the dogs, which was a nice touch. This place is a gem in the quaint village of Appledore. The staff was very friendly, and I will definitely be spreading the word to everyone about this great find!

My wife and I visited Market Street Kitchen today for the first time since it changed from Susies last year. The food was absolutely superb. I had Tuna Mayonnaise sandwiches with salad and crisps. Probably one of the nicest sandwiches I've ever tasted. Alison had Brie and Bacon toasties and we shared a cream tea. All whilst sat in the garden in the sunshine. A real treat.

"From our daughter Emma Reynolds, at the end of a wonderful family getaway, we enjoyed a delightful cream tea. The scones were generously topped with jam and looked delicious. The staff was extremely cheerful and friendly. We would definitely recommend this place for a visit. We will be returning!"

I visited these wonderful tea rooms that feature a stunning garden in the back. The staff was extremely friendly, and the food was delicious. From the outside, you wouldn't expect such a beautiful garden inside. I highly recommend stopping by to experience it when you visit Appledore.

visited today after the morning scratch. the child's meal was very good so they have a drink, nice fresh sandwich and a massive cake. eating was delicious, like the gluten-free muffin we had, and all the excellent worth. will definitely return.

A lovely cafe with a beautiful garden relaxed atmosphere. Great food too fabulous doorstep sarnies yum! Also benefits from being in a sheltered side street so is ususlly a bit cooler than cafes on the Quay...

Absolutely lovely, we've just been today and sat in the pretty garden and had the high tea which was delicious and good value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful, I'd highly recommend a visit.

last week for a large group booked, we had a creamtee in the garden. it was nice. the service was friendly and personal very courteous. all are happy. they would be highly recommended!

Always very friendly, great food, great service and relaxed atmosphere. A hidden jewel in one of Appledore’s quiet back streets. A must visit place.
