We had a party of 13 and they seated us in the bar area at tables they moved for us. We had 2 servers and they were both friendly and efficient. Food was yummy as always. Sadly the restaurant was not busy and the table they chose to put us at was along a wall of windows in 15 degree weather. Many of us kept our coats on and the toddler in our group was covered with his parents coats to stay warm. I am sure it was easier for them to keep the mess in a small space. It was just frigid.
Great spot with friendly and attentive servers. The food was tasty, although my chicken was slightly undercooked. When I mentioned it, they offered to prepare a new portion, but I was already too full to eat more. They then suggested bringing me something else and ultimately removed the charge from our bill. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and would definitely bring friends here if I’m back in town.
Pull up for pulled pork. Mark's is often very busy, very crowded and very noisy, so be prepared for that. Or do what I do. Call ahead and order take out. I think for a good pulled pork or pulled chicken sandwich, Mark's is hard to beat. Their other BBQ items are fine as well, but I think they shine on a bun. The various sauces are also nice for every taste.
The Fern Creek location is absolutely amazing. Always very friendly, smiling, and helpful not to mention they love a good joke. The food is always very well cooked, and very prompt. Your short wait for amazing food is well worth it. Food so good you will have trouble deciding what to choose to eat. Réservez une table maintenant
Feed Store Review: I highly recommend trying the following items: For appetizers, the onion straws are a must. For entrees, don't miss the pulled pork sandwich and the lemon pepper fish sandwich. And for dessert, make sure to save room for the buttermilk crunch—it's absolutely delicious!
At Mark's Feed Store, the menu offers surprisingly few sauces—only one red sauce, which I found a bit too spicy. The meats tend to be served dry, so you'll need to add your own sauce. However, they do have the world's best corn muffins, which are absolutely amazing!
The food was delicious and full of flavor. Our waiter, Jason, was fantastic—he was both funny and very attentive. I tried the salmon burger (yes, I ordered a salmon burger at a BBQ restaurant), and it was truly tasty. The portion sizes were also quite generous.
The food was really good! I got pulled chicken and they gave me some pickles and onions on the side. And I never had it like that before. So I put some pulled chicken on the pickle and onion on top and folded it like a taco and dipped it in the BBQ sauce and Réservez une table maintenant
Great service! Got the chicken salad and it was a really good size and tasted great. This was my first time there and I will be back again. Nice and quiet, lots of options on the menu. Wife and mother got a good spread as well. Thanks for a great meal!
