I miss the café.... I came to Schönebeck in the late autumn as a spa guest with respiratory diseases. As far as the weather is concerned, I was lucky to discover beautiful cycling routes, especially on the other side of the Elb, and to have the market café in the Schönebeck town hall accessible for a warming coffee on the way back. If the café works from outside at least this season quite inconspicuously and almost like a kiosk, the visitor shows an almost living-room-like atmosphere with great attention to detail. Das Markt-Cafe liegt im Herzen der Innenstadt von Schönebeck direkt auf dem Marktplatz. Es verfügt über einen Gastraum und einen abgetrennten Aussenbereich auf dem breiten Bürgersteig. Für den Aussenbereich muss man sich aber die Getränke im Cafe bestellen und abholen.Neben Kuchen und Eis werden auch einige kleine Gerichte angeboten. Ich habe draussen eine Tasse Kaffee getrunken und den Blick auf den Brunnen und das Rathaus genossen. Insgesamt ein friedliches Plätzchen, aber nichts besonderes.

Sehr schön gemachtes Café, das auch kleine Speisen anbietet. Draußen sitzt man toll, drinnen ist es mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, fast noch schöner.Wir waren auf Fahrradtour und haben für Eis und Kaffee eine kurze Pause geplant, hat dann etwas länger gedauert. Die Lage am Markt ist genial. Man kommt einfach nicht daran vorbei, ohne sich einen Eisbecher zu gönnen. Es war ordentlich Betrieb, aber die zwei Betreiberinnen hatten die Situation im Griff und agierten sehr professionell. Wir können das Café empfehlen.

The café is located directly on the market and overlooking the market fountain and the town hall behind it offers everything you expect. It welcomes a very cozy atmosphere. Staff and offers of food and drinks leave nothing to be desired.

Since it's the only café in town, we're here more often. The ice cream tastes, the service is friendly. Even order in the café is placed. Coffee tastes, delicious cakes, small snacks there is also what you want more.

Zentral am Marktplatz gelegen, kleine Aussen Sitzfläche vorhanden, Autos fahren vorbei. Relativ teuer.

Sehr nettes kleines Café direkt am Schönebecker Marktplatz. Perfekt für das Eis nach dem Spaziergang
