I have been going here for about a year and the quality is not what it was when it first opened. It was delightful at the start and unfortunately quality is now run of the mill. The recent disappointment is when I received an avocado sushi roll which was very brown and spotted, almost inedible. Asked the male manager for a refund or replacement. He was not responsive, did not replacement and only offered a partial refund. He was not interested in keeping his customers. Bottom line: a very ordinary mall sushi restaurant.
I think this shop always using the freshest ingredient. Whenever I visit, its fresh tastes. This shop have big size of inari(tofu skin with katsu, crab...etc ), it's just only $1.80.^^ It also very well priced and friendly staffs. I have grilled salmon nigiri and katsu bento. So I am love to recommend it!!
Only discovered this little gem today, had a lovely black rice salmon and avocado sushi, then I returned for crab sushi and tuna sushi . My favorite was the avocado salmon. Staff friendly, ingredients top quality , small restaurant plenty of chairs and tables outside the restaurant.
Be prepared to pay cash-only and around $2.50 to $3.00 per roll. The staff are friendly. There is space to dine both inside the café and in the mall out the front. The food is very tasty and of a good size. Of particular note - the black rice sushi - vegetable tempura / prawn rolls.

I always stop at Maroo Sushi to pickup lunch if I'm shopping in Stocklands as the sushi is extremely fresh & tasty offering an excellent selection. There are a few tables inside if wanting to sit & enjoy otherwise most customers just takeaway. The staff are very friendly too.

We are a family of sushi lovers and we have absolutely loved eating here. We wish they would open up a store in Brisbane, we will have to come back to Sydney soon just to have some more delicious sushi!

You Should taste 'THE PRAWN CUTLET'!!!!! And it's only $1.80! I'd love to go there everyday if I can.
the crisp and tender taste of fried shrimp is the best(Tempra prawn)
