The staff is very welcoming and helpful, and the atmosphere is cool and relaxed. While we truly wanted to love this place, the food was hit or miss. Some dishes were overcooked, others undercooked, while a few were cooked just right. The flavor combinations varied in success as well. Overall, we would return, but I wouldn't make a special trip to Jeffersonville just for Martell's. However, if you're in the area, this restaurant is sure to satisfy.
We enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Martell's At The Red Fox in October 2022. The menu offered delicious dishes at reasonable prices. Dining with a cousin we hadn’t seen in six years, we took our time catching up, and the waitress was very kind, never rushing us. The staff was friendly, and the service was excellent. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. Although I didn’t use the restroom myself, my friend mentioned that it was spacious overall.

We were staying at Smuggler's Notch but arrived late on a Tuesday when most restaurants were closed. We drove a few minutes down the road and had a fantastic dining experience at Martell's at the Red Fox. The service was warm and welcoming, with Kayla providing exceptional care. The drinks were excellent, and the food was outstanding! I highly recommend the Shrimp Jambalaya—the fried cheesy grits made this dish truly special!

We had a fantastic dining experience at Martell's. After a long day on the slopes, it was a pleasure to enjoy a delicious meal brought right to our car through curbside pickup. We ordered a steak dinner and pork tenderloin, both of which were fresh, flavorful, and fulfilling. To end our meal, we treated ourselves to a delightful vanilla bean cheesecake for dessert. We highly recommend this restaurant!
The best pancakes my husband and I have ever tasted. They were incredibly light and fluffy, and the syrup struck the perfect balance of sweetness and delicacy. Our entire breakfast was enjoyable, but we've been talking about those pancakes nonstop for days.
