One of my colleagues brought us the Berry Napoleon to try, and I must say, it has quickly become my favorite dessert! The delicate layers of puff pastry, combined with creamy custard and scattered berries, make for a wonderfully light and refreshing treat. This was my fourth time indulging in it, and it was just as generous and satisfying as I remembered. I wholeheartedly give it a 5/5 and highly recommend trying it! She also introduced us to a strawberry banana cake, which didn’t impress me. The sponge was rather dry, and I barely tasted any strawberry or banana in the bites I had. I would rate it a 3/5. Another coworker brought a strawberry shortcake, and I wasn't impressed by that eithe...

I ordered some desserts for myself and my daughter—she had baklava and a cannoli, while I chose the berry Napoleon, which featured layers of flaky pastry, cream, and berries. I also picked a brownie cheesecake. While waiting for my order to be packed, I decided to grab a matcha latte from the barista in the back. I was pleased to find that the matcha was unsweetened and made with almond milk. The Napoleon didn't live up to my expectations, so I ended up just enjoying the berries and cream. On the other hand, my daughter absolutely loved both of her desserts, finishing them one after the other without a word! I didn't get a chance to try the cheesecake because my partner snagged it after jus...

I love Martha's, nothing has changed on that front. The display cases are works of art. However, I usually dine in at Martha's and I think that's a much more enjoyable experience. This time I visited Martha's on a Thursday evening and waited in line for about 20-30 minutes, just to grab a few pastries. Some of the people waiting in line were clearly growing impatient, as I saw a few customers behaving rudely towards staff/other patrons. Also, the vibes at Martha's are really nice and I always love looking at what other customers order, so it's really worth sitting down to enjoy the experience.I ended up going with the cappacino muffin and sugar-free apple tart, two of my go to choices. Both...

Per usual, Martha's is always a go-to for anyone who has a sweet tooth. I usually get desserts for takeout but my friend and I dined in this time around (which took a much shorter time)! I got the red velvet cupcake and black and white milkshake. Everything was great and it was a super cute presentation for the desserts. One tip I recommend is to specify how much chocolate/vanilla you want in the milkshake since every time I get it it tastes different (but again, still great)! All in all, Martha's will always be a go-to spot for a wide variety of desserts. Réservez une table maintenant

Oh I how do I love thee? Let me count the ways. 1) I love their chocolate mousse cakes 2) Their Napoleon's one of the best I've had 3) Cheesecake bars are a must try! 4) Chai Tea Latte is my go to drink when I dine in.While the seating spots can get too crowded at times since the table are small and the chairs are too close to each other, they compensate with having really nice crew! Whether I'm in Astoria or in Forrest Hills, their bakery smells so good and the ambiance is cozy.

In my opinion, this is the best bakery in NYC. There's often a line at this location, but the quality is consistently excellent, and the service is great. It can be a bit pricey, but the quality makes it worth it. I absolutely love their desserts and make sure to stop by whenever I'm in Forest Hills. This time, I tried the tiramisu, and it was incredible. I highly recommend this place; you won't be disappointed!

I'm not a huge fan of pie but THIS is good pie. I ordered cherry, and it was warm, tart and delicious. Paired wonderfully with my cappuccino, which had a good stiff foam. My only gripe is that some of the prices are a little hefty, for example $10 for a piece of pie. However, the pie is lovely and they have a great spread of cakes and other desserts.

I ordered two custom cakes for my daughter's first birthday, and they turned out even better than I could have imagined! The freshness and flavor were outstanding! I chose chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry shortcake, and they perfectly matched my design requests. Thank you! Réservez une table maintenant
