We were excited to go out on Saturday with the additional loosening of Covid restrictions, now allowing for 50% capacity. Despite only two tables being taken out of the 20 or so the restaurant has, the one-person host/server/busboy team tried to seat us next to a table that was engaging in friendly conversation with the live entertainment. I requested to sit at a far wall for social distancing. Due to the one-person team, we waited about 15 minutes to be asked for drinks, and it was frustrating to see another table that arrived later than us receive their drinks before us. We looked forward to going out Sat with addâl loosening of Covid restrictions now allowing capacity. Only tables were taken out of or so the restaurant has but the host/server/busboy one-person team proceeded to want to sit us next to the one table, that had a cordial banter with the musical entertainment. But I asked to sit at the far wall for social distancing. Very disappointed about this place. The place was completely full, they only had two servers that could barely keep up with all the clients. Our appetizers and bread was cold. Our meals were poorly cooked as well. We barely got one drink because the bartender was also one of the servers. The only thing that save the night is that they had live music and the band was trying to keep a good mood for everyone on the place. We consider leaving first, but we decided to give it a chance and it was just disappointing. Unfortunately I would not be back.
Very nice evening with friend at this long time neighborhood favorite Italian! Consistent food quality coupled with good service made a special Birthday evening a fun affair. food was well prepared with ample portions. Pricing was very fair! As this was a week night, the restaurant was not very busy but we understand that week ends are different as they offer live music and entertainment. Definite a local favorite and a must try when in the area. Réservez une table maintenant
Came here for Valentine's day, the place is very nice, had a small parking lot in the rear. The menu was limited, not sure if it was because of Valentine's day or but the selections were still great. The food was excellent but I will say the portions were on the smaller side given the prices but not that bad. Live music, excellent service. Will definitely return here.
What a great find! Cute neighborhood restaurant with a nice atmosphere and great food. The wait staff were very attentive and portions and selections were impressive. The live music really added to a lovely evening out. Highly recommend and will definitely be a repeat customer.
