Wer Wiesbaden = Spießbaden denkt und dann bei Martino´s Kitchen die Speisekarte samt Preisen und die Nähe zum Kurhaus bedenkt, der könnte befürchten, dass dies hier entweder ein Spesentempel oder ein auf modisch-schick getrimmter Möchtegern Laden ist. WEIT GEFEHLT und Schande über mein Haupt, dass ich diese Befürchtung hatte. Also endlich mal reserviert und dann zunächst noch etwas verwundert, dass das Lokal fast leer war.Wir wurden sehr nett und unkompliziert begrüßt. Schon hier war klar: Der Service jedenfalls wird spitze sein. Great kitchen, for me on 1 star level. And we've already eaten at some star chefs (1-3 stars). Both the Tatar and the self-made pasta with black truffle and the surprisingly large beef fillet were prepared to the point and very well tasted. The wine map is extensive with some very expensive wines. You can quickly find yourself in the three-digit area and there are only a few cheaper wines. However, we have landed a real hit on them. We opted for a Barbera d 'Asti, who turned out to be a 3-glare wine and was incredibly favorable for it. We have now also ordered it directly privately in a somewhat larger amount. was recommended by colleagues, so it checked privately. concept is very beautiful, so is inside, but execution and lack of content. 4 curs surprise evening dinner somehow dissapointing (at least bark carpacio, suppe, pulled chicken and piece tiramisu with sorbet. might have a la carte. safer choice, but prices a bit overly for this type of restaurant. beautiful selection of crying on glass, but 1 came sour, bad smell and clearly too long in open bottle. should never have been served. concept and kitchen have clearly potential, but was a mistake for us.

the restaurant lacks energy/foot. the service was half-hearted and slow. place is attractive but warm due to too many lights (compare tables under ramp light eating was ok, but nothing special. the fact that they did not have a rosen wine (delivery due) and there was a dog with. a bowl closest table not exactly help the dinge. we decided to skip coffee /dessert and have it somewhere else close.

warm styling of the place, coming from the nordics, love the wood theme supported by other earthy elements. the eating was absolutely excellent with a well joined card to choose from. if they like weeping, an interesting selection of local weeping to eat with the new generation of German weeping that fits perfectly to the modern kitchen. absolutely beautiful service.

Prima eten. Mooi interieur. Prima bediening. Gerechten wat te karig voor de prijs. Goede wijnkeuze. Ze waren onze desserts vergeten, was te druk. Koffie en dessertwijn kregen we gratis daarvoor. Algemeen: aan te raden.

Das Restaurant ist eine echte Bereicherung Wiesbadens gastronomischer Landschaft. Der Service ist hervorragend. Alle Speisen, der kleinen Karten, waren top. Eine echte Empfehlung.
