Maruju's Restaurante

My wife and I were there at December, I chose this restaurant for a lunch meal because it seems more like a restaurant than other located in Enseada beach (São Francisco do Sul). In our opinion, it was the right choice! They have...a small parking lot for your car and one of the restaurant' waiters gave us some assistance to park our car. They also allowed (after confirmation) to stay on the deck tables with our two pets. The food: Superb! Taste pretty well! We asked for a fresh juice which was very, very good! They served organic salads for us (my wife got amazed about that The fish, potatoes, and even the rice were perfectly seasoned. They also offered additional rice and "pirão de peixe"...

We had great expectations after reading the other reviews. Service was okay, but no warmth. Fish was fairly tasty. Prawns were only average, as fried with excessive dough. Side dishes especially potatoes were good. Expresso was poor. One chocolate stick of ice cream, self chosen...from the ice cream fridge, cost Rias, almost double the price of other restaurant. We stayed only a night, otherwise we would have returned as a matter of principle to demand an explanation. We enjoyed our dining at Portela in the historical centre a lot more

Recommended by our tour guide as we were off the ship. She was right. The restaurant listened and the meal was PERFECT. We wanted everything grilled. We ordered salmon, lobster, giant prawns and the local fish. We have bottles of Rose. The food not...only came out perfectly cooked (as we asked) but it was delicious. The staff was incredible

Inside a fortification, there´s a good restaurant, good and honest food, good service, poor wine chart, and beer options. Service good, in spite of somehow slow. Familiar ambience, calm. Some tables have view of the beach.

A great variety of sea food with a fair price! I personally recommend the "Tábua Maruju's de Frutos do Mar", it serves well more than people
