I'm not usually a fan of what I consider novelty rolls, which many places have, but the house roll was decent. However, I didn’t care much for the spicy tuna topping, which I thought was a bit too soft for my liking. The meal began with a refreshing ebi sunomono and miso soup, making it a great value at $16.95.
On my next visit, I tried their homemade gyoza, which were excellent. They had a thin skin and were served hot, with a lovely sear. The Takoyaki were also impressive. This is significant to me because it's the one treat that encourages me to endure the crowds at the Richmond Night Market.
