Mary Brown's Chicken Taters

I had an experience over a month ago with a Uber order. I placed two orders of a meal and only one came. I placed another Uber order and called them to make sure they knew what had happen and they said they would give me extra items. When I received my order nothing that was promised was in the new order. I was of course mad. I submitted a request to talk to a manger on the website no reply back from the store I even went out of my way to get on twitter! NOTHING WAS DONE TILL THIS DAY.

I went yesterday and my husband ask for 2 pieces white meat (always we get breast even if is more money) when I open the box I found two ribs with nothing of chicken, I went to the cashier and ask her to changed it and she answer me with actitud rolling her eyes on me. And when she finally understood what I was asking for she threw me the box on the table. The manager saw everything and didn’t do nothing, he was hiding in the back. Tge worst customer service experience

Stopped in for a bite after a movie. Got there at about 930. Was told we couldn't sit in to eat, even though they didn't close until 10pm. I guess they wanted to clean up. So we took our food to go. Once we got home, our entire order was wrong. 2 meals paid for but was only given some pie and 3 pieces of chicken which wasn't even in our order. Probably just a mistake but I guess we will double check our bags next time.

I frequently visit this restaurant and have always been happy with my experience. The standout aspect of this place is their speed. Unlike other fried chicken spots where I always have to wait, that's never an issue here. The food and service have always been top-notch and consistent. What more could you want? Overall, I would rate the food 5 out of 5. Réservez une table maintenant

Fast service and affordable prices! The chicken tenders were breaded nicely, but they were lacking in flavour. However, I tried my friends' spicy chicken pieces, and they were amazing! I recommend adding the hot spice mix to add some flavour to the meat (and yes, it is actually spicy).Food: 3/5

I'm so happy I decided to give this restaurant another try. The first time I ordered through DoorDash, my food arrived late and cold. This time, I picked it up myself and it was much tastier! If you enjoy chicken, I definitely recommend this place. I would give the food a rating of 4 out of 5.

For the 2nd time in 2 weeks. I got macaroni when I ordered coleslaw. 5 undercooked huge waffle fries and a small bag of pieces. I should of listened to my coworkers who said to avoid this location. Maybe time to just avoid the chain altogether. Now I get why it's always empty at this location.

The chicken and service at this restaurant are amazing! I went here right before watching the new Spiderman movie. I have always loved Mary Brown's - I am an honorary Newfoundlander! I give the food a rating of 5 out of 5. Réservez une table maintenant

I live in the area. And a permanent customer there, but for the third time they cook chicken strips that are not fresh and cooked more than once. It can be tasted..Although I thought they were the best. But not anymore

First time and maybe it's because I was craving a Fried chicken burger. But for a fast food chain it was very good. Service was nice but the restaurant lacked on the atmosphere. Good for take outFood: 5/5
