I wanted to try the grill sandwich and asked them specifically to make it a little well done cs sometimes grilled food doesn’t cook enough. And they got me the sandwich in 1 minute and it wasn’t cooked properly at all. I have picture attached. The portion I am showing it was cold as the chicken was not cooked. I recently dined at this restaurant for lunch and had a fantastic experience. The price per person was around CA$40–50, but the quality of the food and service definitely made it worth it. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5. I highly recommend trying the Big Mary dish—it was delicious!
Big Mary's is not worth $12 for lunch. The chicken breast looks like it has been cut in half. It is better than McDonald's or Wendy's, but still not a good value for your money. It's a good fast food fried chicken place. Unlike their competitors, their chicken is not dripping with grease. It's not health food, but when you want a big feed of fried chicken, Mary Brown's can't be beat. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

The staff at this restaurant are always slow and inattentive. As a door dash driver, I have experienced them ignoring me and causing long delays for customers to receive their orders. Service and atmosphere both receive a rating of 1.
