Place is beautiful and food is great , too . But service definitely need an upgrade.I couldn’t have breakfast by the pool , I was told they were fully booked and I was only allowed to have it in my room during all my stay . It’s ridiculous. I think if you are guest of the hotel , which is that small you shouldn’t have this problem.Same for dinner , I could only have it at 8pm as they had some kind of event going , which is also not my problem.I was informed about special events in the hotel upon arrival only , at the check in . Beautiful hotel with an incredible spa, set in a quiet part of Costa Brava. We loved our room (design, comfort, size, views), the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel grounds are beautiful. Also one of the few places we stayed in Spain where the Spa had both a sauna/steam room and a cold plunge. Some small improvements would be 1) A treadmill or some heavier weights in the gym (it mainly has exercise bikes) 2) Casual food service by the pool they have a lovely cafe right next to the pool but it only serves breakfast. wonderful hotel, with very good views, contact with nature and to relax, excellent gastronomy, attention to details and with variety of rooms, the ones that most got me are suite swimming pool and nature Suite. The hotel has a spa with excellent proposals to indulge you.Very close to there vineyards more geli) and medieval villages (Pals)Excellent place, I will undoubtedly return to this wonderful destination.

Excellent stay in a super cosy and authentic 5* hotel where service more than meets expectations. We had an outstanding weekend creating lovely moments in a beautiful environment. We will definitely come back to this quiet paradise to rest and recharge. Thanks to the whole team for giving us superb service including the opportunity to check out later at some point. The breakfasts are the best hotel in which I have been... they make toast at the moment...egg porch with avocado...with salmon...quie brie...in addition to the buffet...The restaurant in charge of spectacular freixa ramón....the cups on its terrace....all.In the surroundings Pals...playas...bodegas....
