First visit to Mashawi restaurant, a wonderful experience. I had a cauliflower with tahini sauce tagine on a bed of rice. I also ordered takeaway, fish tagine and rice. Cauliflower tagine was so scrumptious. The spices used to flavour the rice,with a sprinkling of sultanas and chickpeas scattered throughout enhanced the whole dish. The restaurant layout decorated beautifully. Staff service and attention to customer service was excellent. A selection of desserts and wine is available, though I did not have room to sample them after such a delicious meal. This was the first of many visits to come.Thank you.
My partner and I had a lovely meal here, reasonably priced and good portions. Too much food for us, but it was delicious ! Very welcoming people just looked at the baclava as we left, and the chef insisted we take a piece each, no charge. What a lovely gesture will have us coming back ! We arrived on a Friday night at the same time as the belly dancer. Lots of fun, but very loud. Might be best to sit alfresco if the weather is good and you don’t need to be in the middle of it. All in all worth a visit.
while the area this branch is at, is not as vibrant as the Mt Lawley one, the interiors is pretty much oozing the good same vibes and it does feel a little more spacious too. the food quality is as good, and the staff are as friendly too. be sure to take advantage of their Coffee Sweet deal for $5.95 they do have a different number to ring for bookings and reservations here though, so make sure to not confuse (the numbers) with the Mt Lawley branch.
Visited this place on 14th August, we had vegetable and lamb dishes, along with chicken livers. All I can say is the food and service was fantastic and second to none. Nina, who was our host, looked after us from start to finish. Elais was also a great host. Incredible service and standards, with food being very fresh. Thanks so much and see you soon guys. Fist time ever eating here and it was honestly the best experience I’ve had! There were 2 new girls training, they did a great job and the girl with the blonde hair (sorry I didn’t grab your name) was amazing at her job. She handled everything so well and was really friendly. Would definitely recommend!
