Make an online order after work for two bowls. I had a few hours ago hone and my daughter began to eat her bowl and found a fine hair strand in her mouth while chewing. I immediately called the store to report it and was given to a manager who said he would drag my order after a short stop. He came back to the call and said he couldn't give me credit and I said I didn't eat bowls because we're disgusting. And he offers me a partial refund, so I wondered why I must be completely uncomfortable because we don't have dinner now. Really disappointed in this. Ordered the Korean beef bowl with kimchi. I wasn't expecting it to be as good as traditional korean barbecue steak, but honestly it was similar to something I'd expect from Taco Bell. The meat was so chewy and clearly not freshly cooked, just not good quality. The kimchi was more like seasoned cabbage as most of it didn't really seem fermented. The rice was kinda starchy and unpleasant, one of the main things that put me off. The overall flavor was just not good and I couldn't even finish the bowl. Not sure if other reviewers had better experiences because they had to drown their bowls in sauces to cover the quality issues or not, but I wouldn't recommend this pl...

We used to love this place but haven't been for about 2 years because of moving and covid. Came in today for lunch excited for some good food, but ended up walking out without any. I saw no food cooking which doesn't sit good with me with all the orders they were getting in. Tells me food is being over prepped because of staffing issues, so old food on the line.But worst of all I watch an employee use the register not wash her hands then put on gloves to prep our food. I told my husband I won't eat here and we walked out. Food safety should be number one priority, even with staffing issues, I would gladly wait the extra few minutes for a safe experience at a restaurant.

A friend's recommendation stopped. I had mentioned how much I liked Bibibop and they said that this place was far superior. Actually, I don't get the hype. Service was fine, the biggest complaint is the food. The options seem confused and do not fit well together. The vegetables were pretty dirty, I expected Kimchi and got seasoned cabbage. The meat was punctual in proportions, and one could say that both meat and noodles were baked with a decent amount of oil. Hunan sauce wasn't everything to really write home. I'm working over the street in the office buildings and coming here all the time! The amount of food you get for the price is crazy! I always get the Mashi pork and everything has just such a bold, fresh taste. I also love that I never have to ask myself about chipsticks. The staff is friendly and efficient and the online ordering system they use is easy to use so that I can pick up my order when I’m ready. Get up!

It 's an Asian- Style Chipotle. No complaints though. Food was pretty good. They have a nice selection and friendly service. If you 're tight on cash, Mashiso will work! You can dine in or do carryout. They do have some outdoor seating incase you want to look at Walmart across the street. I would come again. If you 're planning on doing a picnic, this might be a good option.

This is a tasty place and the people are always so friendly. Most people get a bowl here and you can get it with noodles or a variety of rice options (they'll combine them if you ask). Then you have some pork, beef, and chicken options. And then there is a variety of toppings and sauces to choose from. I will definitely be going back!

I really enjoyed this restaurant. The staff is always friendly, and the food is delicious. Most diners opt for a bowl, which can be customized with noodles or a selection of rice options. You can also choose from pork, beef, or chicken as your protein. The toppings and sauces are plentiful. I will definitely be returning! Réservez une table maintenant

The best food in Cleveland. $8 for some high quality Asian BBQ shells. Better than Chipotle, but for less money, shorter lines and better quality. I had never cooked rice or pasta in Mashiso. Half the time I eat rice at Chipotle, it's rough.

This is one of my favorite places for lunch. I love having all the choices and making my bowl different every time. Also love yakis and need at least the 6pack.
