Always a treat to have Roman style pizza. This pizza was gorgeous. It starts with a 3 day fermentation on the crust for the light but sturdy foundation and never makes you feel bloated. Add a wonderful sauce and beautiful combination of quality toppings to satisfy your cravings to these large squares and it’s a home run. I tried the burrata, soppressata, and porcini slices! Also tried one of their suppli ground beef/sauce and mozzarella deep fried to perfection! Great lunch spot. First time in town. Pleasant surprise! Highly recommend.
I can't stop raving about their incredible pizza and paninis! The paninis are exceptional, each one a work of art filled with layers of delicious ingredients that complement each other perfectly. The focaccia is fantastic! What truly sets this restaurant apart is their commitment to authenticity. You can genuinely taste the love and tradition in every bite. Absolutely delightful!
I walked in without knowing what to expect, and I was pleasantly surprised. The gourmet pizza they serve is absolutely delicious, offering a wonderful variety. While it's not the same as New York City pizza, it truly qualifies as artisan pizza. I recommend trying the ricotta cheese and broccoli rabe—it was delightful!
