We ordered 2 pizzas the end of March and didn’t leave a positive review. Both Pizzas were not the high quality that we have experienced from Masseys. We ended up throwing both pizzas away. The store manager or owner called me and said they were sorry and told me he would put a credit associated with my number or account. He told me to make sure I called in to order my pizza the next time because that would be the only way I could get the credit. I called in to order last Friday the 7th. No credit on my account so I cancelled my order. This was very upsetting. Not what I was expecting and he evidently didn’t give me the credit he promised.
Best lunch deal in Columbus. Always go once a week sometimes more if I can talk my dad into it. Salad, all you can eat pizza (good selection constantly being replaced), pasta, garlic bread, and all you can drink fountain pop for $12. Staff are extremely friendly, always making sure there are fresh pies for the buffet. Always enjoy Massey's Pizza-Gahanna
I enjoy the buffets and am completely satisfied with the food, service, music, and atmosphere. The only downside is that there is no designated place to park your bicycle—I had to tie mine to a tree. Parking: No bicycle parking available.
This Massey's has the best pizza, hands down. I always ask for it to be baked, not burnt, and they never get it wrong. The subs are delicious as well. Definitely worth the drive. I'll post a picture soon!

All my life I ate it at Massey's. I went there for the buffet and I've got sick. Not sure if it's from that but that's the only thing I can think of. Other than that it's almost a five-star compan
Good thing crust pizza, service was fast and friendly Kid-friendliness: Brought four children, they loved the cheese pizza and were able to laugh and and interact with each other without issue.
The buffet here doesn't offer subs like the ones at Hilliard and Graceland. However, they do have subs available on Thursdays. The prices are the same at all three locations.
This place is a gem. It's got to be an old Rax with the sunrooms, and really comfortable booths. If I could give atmosphere 6 stars I would.
