Master Pizza Carlstadt Nj

Very poor experience. I ordered a custom salad. Although there was no line, it took the girl a very long time to make my salad. I paid extra for the avocado and I saw her take the half avocado out of the fridge and it was brown. She threw out most of the avocado and sliced up with what was left. She left me with practically nothing. I tried asking her questions but she spoke zero English. Salad tasted decent at best. Very unhappy with the experience.

The first time I ordered from them, it was amazing the second time I ordered them to screw up my order. I ordered Pesto Pasta with 6 pcs and paid extra. I have a piece of shrimp. You couldn't do anything about it. K. The third time that was tonight, they gave me another complete order called christian and couldn't fix it. I'm not asking to honour this point. Strange. Rude and employees are so unoriented. You have to bring it together. Smh. No thanks

We order from Master every Friday, and the pizza is fantastic! The online ordering process is seamless, making it easy to customize our order. A special shout-out to the staff who noticed that I accidentally switched up some items in our usual order and kindly informed me so we could fix it. (Thank goodness, or I might have faced some angry teenage diners!) My family absolutely loves Master Pizza!

Can agree with past posts that say the customer service here is bad. Place was nearly empty except for one table. Was ordering when the girl literally walked away then we were left wondering if our order was even heard. Three employees present. The air is dense here. Was pretty hard getting their attention to pay and was not handed a receipt instead he just balled it up. Pizza was fine tho. Réservez une table maintenant

We order from Master every Friday the pizza is great, the online ordering is a breeze and it?s so easy to customize what we want. A special shout out to the staff who happened to notice I accidentally reversed the toppings on our usual order and let me know so we could correct it. (Saved me from some angry teen eaters! My family loves Master Pizza.

Delicious pizza and outstanding customer service! I placed a last-minute order for a party, and they not only accommodated me but also handled everything very professionally, ensuring timely delivery. By the way, the spinach artichoke dip was a huge hit!

Love this place! Their cracker crust is amazing. So is the broccoli cheddar soup. I?ve never had a meal here that I didn?t love!! Everyone is so nice and they are so great at special requests too! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!!

I ordered wings from this place for the Super Bowl since other options weren’t available. I enjoyed the wings, though the garlic Parmesan flavor could have been better. Additionally, the DoorDash prices were a bit steep. Réservez une table maintenant
