My first order from Master Pizza Carlstadt NJ was amazing, but the experience quickly went downhill. The second time, I ordered pesto pasta with six shrimp and paid extra, but only received one shrimp. They said they couldn't do anything about it. Then, just tonight, they gave me someone else’s entire order under the name Christine and still couldn't fix the mistake. I do NOT recommend Master Pizza Carlstadt NJ. The staff are rude and completely disorganized. They really need to get their menu and service together. No thanks.
I can understand the earlier reviews about the lack of customer service at this restaurant. The place was mostly empty aside from one table, yet while I was ordering, the staff member abruptly walked away, making us unsure if our order had even been placed. Although there were three employees around, it was still challenging to get their attention when it was time to settle the bill. Instead of a proper receipt, I was just handed a crumpled piece of paper. On a brighter note, the pizza was quite good.
We order from Master every Friday, and the pizza is fantastic! The online ordering process is seamless, making it easy to customize our order. A special shout-out to the staff who noticed that I accidentally switched up some items in our usual order and kindly informed me so we could fix it. (Thank goodness, or I might have faced some angry teenage diners!) My family absolutely loves Master Pizza!
I absolutely love Master Pizza Carlstadt NJ! Their cracker crust is incredible, and the broccoli cheddar soup is just as delicious. I've never had a dish from their menu that I didn’t enjoy. The staff is incredibly friendly and always accommodating with special requests. I highly recommend Master Pizza Carlstadt NJ to everyone!

Recently ordered and the Margherita Pizza was excellent, with very fresh ingredients and a sauce that was only divine... probably the best I ever had! Will definitely order again!
