Everything was as expected, but the service was below par. We were there for 25 minutes before we finally had to ask if we could order a drink. Other than that, the waiter was okay, but his accent was so heavy we had no idea what he was saying. The bus staff was very weak and uncomfortable. It was if it was there first night. After last night, I’m seriously considering buying expensive meat and cooking it at home. The extra $300 spent last night was pointless.
My filet was outstanding!! However, my guest's $160 Australian Wagyu steak was over cooked and didn't come close in taste or tenderness to my filet. Overall, a phenomenal evening where the service was excellent as always, but would stay away from the specials. Been disappointed too many times. (Why I always stick with the filet).
Celebrated my wife’s 58th birthday and we had a great time. As requested, we were given a great private booth, near but not too close to the music. At the top of the menu, they printed Happy 58th Birthday (very classy). The service was awesome and the food outstanding. Highly recommend.
No one at my table enjoyed the food. The steak was not cooked the way they asked. The Brussels sprouts were dry. But the service was phenomenal. Josh was amazing. Réservez une table maintenant
The whole experience was amazing just a little too dark inside for me. Had to use my flash light to look at the menu. Other than that I’ll go back again.
Out of all the Mastro’s locations this is a favorite for family and friends gatherings. Service is always outstanding, and food is always great.
Food is always an A+. Great cocktails, great wine list. Amazing service. I've never had anything other than an excellent experience at Matros!
