I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I decided to give it a try with my 4-year-old daughter, but it was not a good choice. It was my first time there, so I asked for recommendations, but the person at the register didn't know what to suggest. The menu on the wall was not very informative. I ordered 2 small drinks and a club sandwich with fries, but after waiting for 25 minutes, we still hadn't received our food or drinks. The restaurant was busy and other customers who arrived before us also hadn't been served. I noticed that many orders were incorrect and had to be sent back to the kitchen. Two men even demanded a refund and left angry. When our food finally arrive...
Wow! This place is an absolute dream! A 3 in one Business. Coffee, Tea, and Desserts all under one rooftop. As an additional bonus, their savory food is excellent as well. I recommend the Organic Blueberry Matcha, which is made Pour Over style with real (not instant Matcha). Try the Bubble Waffle with Ice Cream mixed with Cereal. It’s absolutely amazing. The Owners Rose and Cinderella are extremely friendly and helpful. Manager Jesse treats you like family. Immaculately clean facilities. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. Wheelchair accessible. Restroom on premises. We will definitely be going back!
The ambiance of the restaurant was very beautiful and great! However, the drinks were honest, not the best I have had. When I asked the barista for a recommendation between the classic mojito and the mango mojito, she mentioned she hadn't tried the mango one. I was surprised that the staff hadn't tried all the drinks on the menu. It would have been helpful to have prices listed on the menu or wall. The desserts looked unappealing.
The restaurant is situated in a stunning location and offers delicious drinks. However, the service was a bit slow as it took 15 minutes to receive two teas, which were priced at over $20. This is a great spot for special occasions when you have time and money to spare, but not for everyday dining.

Atmosphere Food Drinks Service Just ate the fanciest grilled cheese of my life, and IT WAS SO GOOD. It was so delicious, I couldn't stop myself from eating before taking a picture. Overall, a great experience and will definitely be coming back for more Boba tea and sandwiches
first visit today. the personal was friendly and explained some of the drinks we had to ask. the place was very clean and very nicely decorated. the drinks are a bit expensive, but it seems like everything is high quality and fresh. the drinks were delicious!
Omg this is the best cafe around. They are so friendly and their bubble tea is really f-ing good. Got my best friend converted into liking bubble tea here. Definitely a place for first timers.
Best Matcha ever! The place is so beautiful and their matchas are sooo yummy! I love the Organic Strawberry matcha! The owners is awesome too! So happy we have this in Smithtown!

Beautiful place and friendly staff. They have the best matcha latte and classic milk tea with boba. They have high quality teas and I like that you can choose a dairy free milk.
