Matilda Bay Restaurant

I live in Perth and as you will see I travel a lot. Normally I would sing this place its praises but of late the staff are more interested in standing around talking with each other and less time in attending to customers. We attend Matilda Bay a lot but the last two visits have been below par - possibly staff changes. The food is always good - fine steaks and seafood but the service lets it down. We had steak at the last visit and it was great and the wine brilliant. Service I have already mentioned. I would go here but prepare for the service.

We just love this restaurant I can't think of any other place I would rather be for a relaxing, enjoyable Sunday lunch. The view from the restaurant is stunning the food creative and fresh the cocktails are delicious and restaurant staff always friendly and on point. We highly recommend this beautiful restaurant it's one of the best in Perth!

Driving up to this beautiful riverside restaurant gives one the feeling of class and exclusivity; the food is divine, catering to various dietary needs and desires and the service is superb. There's nothing nicer than staring out of the window at the docked boats while having a drink with friends..

Visited here on a business trip. The view over the marina is really nice. The food was very good quality and the portions were very generous. Service was very attentive. The desert I had - a lovely crime brûlée was well presented and very tasty.
