matoi sushi - Réservation de table

We have been going to Matoi for years, and this is just THE best sushi restaurant we have ever gone to! We have tried others, but always go back to Matoi. We usually go every 2 weeks or so. Excellent, fresh food, extensive menu and 'fresh sheet' and best service you could ever have. The staff are wonderful and very attentive. We always receive complimentary appetizers. They are closed Mondays and get quite busy on weekends, so reservations are recommended, especially large groups. I love the grilled whole squid, assorted shashimi and my husband's favorite is the Deluxe Chirashi. A BIG THUMBS UP!

Great sushi restaurant with a extensive menu. We have been here a number of times and have yet to try any of the grilled fish or noodle dishes. Their sashimi, nigiri and rolls are so delicious I find it difficult to order anything else. The restaurant can get very crowded around peak times and there usually is a 5-10 minute wait. The restaurant seems under staffed and the service is a bit slow.

My family and I typically get take out from this restaurant once / week. They are very busy so I would recommend reservations if you want to get a seat - otherwise, try to arrive as close to opening time as possible! Service can be a bit slow, particularly if they are busy . . . but the food is worth the wait!They have a great menu and the lunch sets are great value.

This restaurant is amazing! I have dined here a few times and the food is very good. It tends to be quite busy during lunch, but it's worth waiting a few extra minutes for a table.

This is awsome delicious sushi restaurant in Coquitlam. You should try there. They are pretty busy especially weekends so you should reserve the table or room ahead of the time.

Fresh fish and fast service. I really like the way the sashimi is cut, with much more traditional finesse than the 'chunks and slabs ' that are served at other places.
