Matt's Fish Camp Bethany

Food was OK- We ordered warm lobster rolls. There was a good amount of lobster on the roll but the meat lacked flavor and was a littler dry. I saw them take a wad of lobster out and throw it in a pan but don't think there was any seasoning Could really be elevated with butter and a garnish. mkt price that evening was $29. Service was really good- we sat over by the bar. Waters were filled immediately, server was attentive and prompt. Atmosphere was overall nice. The dining room area looked great. Bar setup was ok, one part of the bar is more of a countertop of the kitchen. You get a nice show of the expo yelling orders at the kitchen staff.

What an amazing restaurant! We ordered the hush puppies and crab cakes on brioche, and everything was delicious! I can't say enough good things about Matt's—the service, the atmosphere, and the food were all perfect. I can’t wait to return and try the lobster rolls. A trip to the beach is definitely worth it for a meal at Matt's. I highly recommend experiencing the fantastic cuisine they offer!

I’ve been to Matt’s twice, the first time being a very underwhelming experience. After convincing from friends, I went back. EVERYTHING was very average. Not one course from any of the four meals ordered stood out as special. It was not bad. It was not very good, just very ordinary.

Went to Bethany over Labor Day weekend and had dinner at this gem. Being our first time we had some questions about the menu and our waitress was very knowledgeable about everything. Fantastic food and atmosphere. We will definitely be returning! Réservez une table maintenant

Nice little place for lunch. Service was excellent..the food was...ok The fish was nice but looked a bit like frozen fish sticks compared to hone made style fish and chips. Waitress was excellent and totally on the ball.

A wonderful Monday evening at Matt's Bethany. Shared some calamari and raw oysters. Then our party of 4 had fish and chips and mussels and fried chicken. All were excellent. The sangria is the best!
